I’d ask how it’s going but I’m sure that the answer would likely be somewhere along the lines of slow and tedious. For sure you were sounding kind of frayed when I spoke to you on the phone the other day.
As usual things are crazy busy and yet almost benignly boring simultaneously. This week my body decided to enter a new level of hating me after a 4 day migraine resulted after consuming a few chocolate cookies with chocolates chips. This is the second time in the last two months that eating larger quantities of chocolate had this result. So, I am down to minimal chocolate consumption for the time being. Which is just offensive. I’m just saying.
I’ve been plugging away on The Invisible Friends Chronicles podcast. I now have twenty of the letters transferred over into audio. Although, my ‘voice’ is probably not as constant as I would like it to be. Hopefully it will get clearer and steadier as I continue. That way you will be able to listen to the letters just about anytime or anywhere you want. And that way if anyone else is curious and wants to check them out, they will be available to everyone to hear. Hopefully I will have a lot more of them done by the time you get home.
With the way the mail system works I think I will probably only be able to get two more batches of letters out to you before it will be too late to be able to get them to you. That includes this one. If I can get more done I will try, but right now, that’s my best hope. I just have a lot on my plate that really slows down my progress. I’ve been working as a professional reviewer for awhile now. I also have the website that I am trying to maintain. The two YouTube channels and the two podcasts are more than enough to keep me busy all by their little selves. Then I recently have been working just a little bit as a AI trainer. So far it is mostly me taking tests to work in the direction of qualifying for the work that I want in that area. On top of all of that I have been working with the boys, trying to get their stuff set up for college classes this fall, which is still not all completed. And trying to go through the house and get rid of some excess stuff and slowly work through a bit of a deep cleaning, which is a slow and annoying project that I wish that I could outsource, lol.
I would like to spend more time working on the letters though if I can. I have several more characters that haven’t even had their voices heard yet. It’s Frank’s fault. I’m totally throwing him under the bus for that one. He’s such a little spotlight hog. He just has to be mentioned in every letter it seems like. I keep trying to find ways to keep him off the page, but every time I turn around, there he is again. I finally had to do a YouTube video about it, lol.
I also have another project that I am working on as we speak. I am hoping to have it done before you get home, but we will have to wait and see. It’s a fairly comprehensive project so it’s taking awhile to get all of the pieces put together and assembled. Especially since my computer, tablet and phone like to whine that they are low on space on a nearly daily basis it seems like. That really ups the level of challenge in getting things done in a timely fashion.
The other day I was talking to The Firecracker and she sent me a picture of The Little Roar….just about covered in fake tattoos. The Firecracker says that The Little Roar is a fake tattoo addict and she had to ‘cut her off’ from putting any more on her body lol.
