Refund and Exchanges Policy

At MelSeeley.com, every item is custom-printed just for you at the time of your purchase. Because we do not hold physical inventory, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and replacements.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we want to make it right! We offer a no-cost replacement for any item that is not up to our quality standards.

  • Reporting Period: Please notify us of the issue within 14 days of delivery.
  • How to Report: Email us at melseeleyshop@gmail.com.
  • Required Info: You must include your Order Number, a clear photo of the damaged product, and a clear photo of the shipping label (this allows us to file a claim with our printing partners).
  • No Return Necessary: In most cases, you do not need to ship the damaged item back to us once we verify the photo proof.
Sizing and Buyer’s remorse

Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or “buyer’s remorse.” We provide detailed size charts on every product page. Please review these carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

Lost in Transit

If your tracking information says “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with your local post office first. If the tracking has not updated for 10 business days, please contact us at melseeleyshop@gmail.com and we will investigate a replacement for you.

Items Purchased via Amazon

 For products purchased via external links to Amazon, please note that these transactions are handled entirely by Amazon.com. Returns, replacements, and customer service for those items must be initiated through your Amazon account under “Your Orders.” MelSeeley.com does not have access to your Amazon order history and cannot process returns for these items.
