Hey Kiddo,
Well, I think it’s finally spring. After enough rain to overflow the pool, (amazingly without it straight up collapsing, as it’s getting kind of rough.) the grass has really greened up and begun growing at seemingly warp speed. Much to your Dad’s dismay. He’s been griping for days now that it’s growing ‘out of control’ and every day he’s adamant that come hell or high water he’s going to cut it, but…it hasn’t worked out. Every day it’s so wet in the morning that he hasn’t been able to cut it at all.
It’s beginning to look like we are going to be having an open house this summer. Someone has decided that he wants to graduate a year early. I wish I had known that last summer so that I could have gotten his senior pictures done then. So now I have to try and get them done as soon as it’s dry enough outside to get them finished. That aught to be, interesting. Usually I have a little more time to get creative with things and enjoy the process a little more. It is going to amp up the challenge a bit to get everything done in time.
A certain sister of mine, The Firecracker, (I’m sure you can guess which one that is, lol.) is still pregnant. Much to her dismay. At the present day she is officially five days past her due date and 11 days past the day she demanded that he arrive, lol. If she doesn’t hurry up and deliver, the doctors aren’t setting her up to get induced for almost another week. I would have been throwing a straight up fit by now if it were me. I cannot even. But she’s tried just about every random thing that she can come up with trying to get this kid to make an appearance and no such luck.
I hope you are staying well hydrated and the headaches are starting to settle down. I wish I had some other suggestions to offer you, but I don’t know what else to suggest besides just trying to stay active and try to stretch your neck and shoulder muscles.
Keep hanging in there. Just a few more months to go.
