Hydration Is Key:Mabel’s Musings

My Dear Boy,

How are you holding up in your current location? My heart goes out to you every day. Are you eating enough? Are you drinking enough water? Hydration is key for battling headaches, not all mind you, but a great deal of them. You know what they say, you have to drink half your weight in ounces for proper hydration every day.  Are you getting enough exercise? Physical health is vastly important for physical and mental well being.

Dear boy, I simply must tell you, we had such a distressing thing happen just this last week. My dear Mel went to the refrigerator for cheese and coffee creamer and when she pulled them out, they were well on their way to warm. Now, naturally, she went into a proper whirlwind state.
